Cutting Fabric the Couture Way

This is a hands on demonstration class. Students will get to learn step by step how to prepare, lay, mark and cut the fabric and pattern and what tools to use. This couture method is different from the fast and simple way most of us were taught. It is the most important part of any sewing project and should be done with care. This class will ensure that you will be able to take the cut pieces to the machine with confidence and likely reduce your time spent with the seam ripper. Please note this class will be held in a historic building in downtown Franklin, on the second floor. You will have to climb stairs as there is no elevator access to the second floor.
